• On average, orders are shipped the same day. All orders received after
12:00 PM EST Monday-Thursday will be shipped the morning following the
receipt of your order. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM EST and
on the weekend will be shipped Monday morning. Orders will be shipped
when all items have been gathered. Items will not be shipped
individually.
* MILITARY ORDERS
While most other online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP, or FPO
addresses, we at StixEnterprise.com are happy to serve our customers in
the armed forces, stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address. However,
since these addresses can be in remote places that are very difficult to
reach, in order to cover the cost of insurance and postage. Please email
your shipping address and the number of items you are ordering and we
will send you the shipping rate.
* PRIVACY POLICY
At Stix Enterprise we respect your rights to privacy. We will never sell
or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other
identifying information that you give us with any third party. If you
make any purchases, your private information will be encrypted and sent
securely over a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection via facilities of
Eprocessing network credit card processing company
* REFUND POLICY
Stix Enterprise offers only fine quality merchandise. We believe that
you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want
to ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore,
if you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns on any new,
factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 10 days of your purchase
date. There will be no refund on the shipping cost.
